## What it returns
- visibility_score: 0-100 score with label (Strong / Moderate / Weak / Not Found)
- top_citations: top URLs where brand is cited in LLM-indexed sources
- llm_index_status: whether the brand is indexed, partial, or not found
- recommendations: specific actions to improve LLM visibility
- sources_checked: number of LLM-indexed sources analyzed

## Payment
Returns HTTP 402 with Stripe payment_intent if X-Payment-Token header is missing.
Complete payment, then retry with: X-Payment-Token: <payment_intent_id>
